Having spent more than 6 decades (cumulative) in large Corporates in various functions, and 3 decades in consulting, we believe that the Learning & Development space is ripe for a revolution in the way Corporates develop their leaders. We aspire to lead the way in developing Serious Games, which will help Corporates get a better ROI on their training dollars. We also aspire to become an integral part of the eco-system in the Country to create entrepreneurs by helping them develop the required competencies to succeed as entrepreneurs.

The Team

Rajnish Singh

Managing Director & CEO

Rajnish is a BTech from Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra, Ranchi (1990) and a PG Diploma in Management from IIM, Bangalore (1994).

He worked in ICICI Group and Kotak Mahindra Bank for 18 years, in various business where he held leadership roles. In 2012, Rajnish co-founded a boutique Management Consulting firm, VentureBean Consulting, and consulted with SMBs and Large Corporates in areas of Leadership Development, Strategy and Business Growth. In 2017, Rajnish accepted a full-time position with one of his consulting clients, Sandur Manganese & Iron Ores (SMIORE), where he was instrumental in preparing and executing a strategic plan for long-term sustainability of the Company. Rajnish stepped down from the Board of SMIORE in September 2020, after serving almost 3 years as a Whole-time Director of the Company.

madhumita saha

Director - Product Development & CTO

Madhumita holds a PG Diploma in Management from IIM, Kolkata. Over 3 decades, Madhumita has worked extensively in the domain of e-Learning, EdTech, game-based learning and education space, ranging from Games design and simulations to learning design, curriculum and instructional design, e-Learning, adaptive learning, Electronic Performance Support Systems and Information Technology. Madhumita has worked with education start-up companies and EdTech pioneers including TutorVista (acquired by Pearson Inc.), a pioneer in E-Tutoring, FlipClass and Adaptive Learning.

Madhumita also has considerable experience in setting up and leading the IT departments at Volvo India Pvt. Ltd. and PagePoint. She has also worked with companies like NIIT Ltd., IBM and Epiance Inc. in various leadership roles. As an entrepreneur, Madhumita co-founded an EdTech start-up, BiZkul Education, that designed and delivered experiential and games-based learning.

Prior to co-founding LECODE Games, Madhumita was the President of the People Practice at a boutique consulting firm, VentureBean Consulting.

Anjana vivek

Visiting Professor, Advisor

Anjana Vivek, Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), has over 35 years’ work experience. She has held multiple positions, including inter-alia full-time faculty at IIM Bangalore (IIMB), leadership roles in two of the Big Four Consulting Firms, Entrepreneur, Board member, advisor, mentor.

Her areas of expertise are Strategic Business Planning, Funding and Financial Strategy for Growth, Entrepreneurship, Valuation, Venture Capital, (Women) Leadership and Mentoring and she teaches and mentors business leaders in these areas. She founded VentureBean Consulting, a boutique consulting venture, which rapidly built a name for its unique approach to business consulting and advisory services. She has now exited the company.

Anjana is a sought out speaker and writer and was the program Director for the Women Entrepreneurs Programme at IIMB from 2005-2010 and at IIM Udaipur from 2012-2017. She is an author of three books by invitation for Chartered Accountants and founding Editor of the Venture Activity Reports 1993-98, of the Indian Venture Capital Association (IVCA). Her books are on (i) Business Planning, (ii) Venture Capital and (iii) Valuation (co-author). Her teaching presentations on slideshare.net were in the Global TOP 4% and 5% viewed in 2014 and 2015 respectively. She has co-authored a chapter in the book “Indian Women in Leadership” Ghosh & McLean - Palgrave Macmillan – 2018.

Anjana is a Charter Member at TiE Bangalore. She was invitee to the TiE Governing Board from 2016-18 and a Co-opted Member of ICAI “Women Members Empowerment Committee” in 2014-15. She has been an Independent Director and has held positions in committees of IIMB, ICAI, and FKCCI (Federation of Karnataka Chamber of Commerce and Industry) and KSCAA (Karnataka State Chartered Accountants Association) among others.
